- The Foreign Investment in Real Property Act (FIRPTA) and how it may apply to real estate transactions
- Why a buyer should obtain an Owner’s Policy of Title Insurance and an overview of the coverage provided
- Common title and closing issues that may delay or prevent a transaction from closing
