This 2-hour Continuing Education (CE) course reviews why it is increasing, the types of abuse, how it can be detected, and also addresses the potential responsibilities of real estate professionals. Authority and capacity issues in real estate transactions are also discussed and must be carefully considered to prevent, detect and respond to financial abuse of elders.
